We will try our best to dispatch all orders within 3 working days via Courier or Royal Mail services, although this can be longer during busy periods. Please contact us directly at email@example.com if your order is particularly urgent and we will do our best to ensure that you receive it in time.
All of our products are free standard delivery for mainland UK orders. For the rest of the world shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any issues with your order within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis. If a refund has been agreed, the product will need to be returned by you, the customer. Return shipping costs will be covered by you, the customer. We advise you retain a proof of postage for this. Any original shipping costs are not refunded unless the product is faulty. Goods that are returned damaged will not be refunded. We cannot issue refunds for any products that have been personalised.
Should you find that your product is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at email@example.com along with photographic evidence. The faulty item may need to be returned to us before a refund is issued or product replacement is sent.
For personalised products – we cannot issue a refund for text errors made by the customer. We will only issue a refund or replacement when the error is on our part.
We will not issue a refund or replacement for products that have been damaged by the customer upon receipt. Please take extra care when removing our products from their packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement should the above requirements not be met.
